Authentic Punjab.
Engineered to scale.
Real Punjabi food — tandoori snacks, slow-built gravies and fast-track favourites — cooked in our own Ludhiana kitchen and served fresh across four outlets.

Authentic Punjabi flavour doesn’t survive scale.
Consumers crave the bold, smoky taste of real Punjabi food — but the branded, hygienic, consistent version is missing from the market.
- 01
Mass-market brands miss the real thing. National QSRs simplify Punjabi snacks and gravies into something far from the original.
- 02
Consistency is the weak point. Even where Punjabi food exists, taste and quality swing wildly from one place to the next.
- 03
Home recipes don’t scale. There is a real gap between a traditional kitchen and the ability to produce it at volume, with hygiene and control.
- 04
No one owns the category. Punjabi food is loved everywhere, yet there is no globally recognised, scalable brand behind it — a market worth USD 4.5 billion by 2027.
One central kitchen. One menu, two appetites.
Everything is made at our own facility in Ludhiana and distributed to every outlet — so real Punjabi cooking sits next to quick-service favourites, and both taste the same in every city.

Recipes, not shortcuts
Our spice blends, marinades and gravies are developed in-house from Punjabi culinary traditions. From Lemon Champ to Dal Makhni, every item is built on a recipe rather than a mix.
-
One kitchen behind every outlet
All products are made at our own manufacturing facility in Ludhiana and distributed to each outlet. That is how the Mohali plate tastes like the Talwara plate.
-
Built for Tier 2 and Tier 3
Big chains skip the smaller cities. We started in them — Machhiwara Sahib, Talwara, Mohali and Nawanshahr — because that is where branded, hygienic Indian food is genuinely missing.
-
Range without losing the plot
Tandoori and gravies for the regulars, pizzas and wraps for the evening crowd, Chinese and sides to fill the gaps. One counter, several reasons to come back.
Four outlets in Punjab, and counting.
Walk-in, takeaway and dine-in. Our next opening is Vardhaman Estate in Ludhiana, and we have had franchise interest from Patiala, Doraha, Khanna, Pune and Jammu.

100+ outlets in three years. India’s trusted Punjabi QSR.
A central-kitchen model, hero products that already sell, and a franchise engine that’s tested — the pieces are in place to turn four outlets into a national brand. We’re raising to build it faster.
